Ellie wanted to be in charge of the birthday candle. I had no idea I caught this expression until looking at the photos this evening.
It still seems surreal to me that these are our kids! Sister and brother.
I forgot the cake on the dresser in the hotel room. I felt like such a loser mom for that.

Cydil, you are a very precious Mom!!! We loved the birthday pictures. We are praying so much for Nathan. Any medicine yet?? We had lunch with Dan, Marcy and girls in Springfield, Ohio today.
Your children are adorable. They will change their world--in fact they already have made huge imprints on all who know and love them.
Cydil, you are the farthest thing from the loser mom. I am so excited that you have brother and sister. I can't wait to watch how much they change and grow in the future. Jesus has special plans for them both, thank you for being the precious tool that Jesus will use for them. What a blessing you all are.
