I don't know what it is. Maybe it's the new teeth. Maybe it's that this is her last birthday in single digits. Maybe it's being here in Albania... All I know is that I feel my chest tightening a bit more with this birthday.
She's had a fabulous day and I can't wait to post it... but for now, I'm going to just sit and look at the transformation here. It has a way of making the years really feel like they have flown!
